The Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CAREA) is a professional organization formed in April 1990. It is comprised of both residential and commercial real estate appraisers licensed by the State of Colorado, as well as others interested in promoting our profession. We are based in Colorado Springs and serve the general Southern Colorado area..

General membership meetings are held the third Wednesday of every odd-numbered month.
We currently meet at the Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs, 7290 Commerce Center Drive.
Meetings typically consist of an informal mixer and dinner and a 2-hour formal presentation/seminar.
Presentations are typically accredited for two hours of appraiser Continuing Education for members.
