Rocky Mountain Appraisers Association (RMAA) and formerly known as NCAREA is a Colorado nonprofit corporation. Our purpose is to promote the real estate appraisal profession and to promote the education of real estate appraisers in conformity with the nonprofit corporation laws as established by the laws of the State of Colorado. Rocky Mountain Appraisers Association (RMAA) was formed to provide appraisers an organization with: universal membership eligibility, regionally relevant continuing education opportunities, an opportunity to exchange ideas and information in an informal setting, an opportunity to associate with appraisers having expertise in a variety of property types and geographical areas, and an opportunity for other professionals to become acquainted with working appraisers. We meet the second Monday of even numbered months at the Ramada Plaza, 10 East 120th Avenue, Northglenn, Colorado 80233 with an informal mixer from 5:00 p.m., general information 6:45 p.m., and professional training at 7:00 p.m. Our dues are $125 per year.
Guests are always welcome at RMAA meetings. There is no charge for guests to attend meetings; however, guests do not receive continuing education credit (CE). (CAREA Members will receive CE credit) |
